The search was over, I had finally found and commissioned a chocolatier that could produce a fine chocolate that brought back memories or the times that I spent in my Grandma Cora’s kitchen. I remember sitting on the red metal step stool and eating cookies on a pulled-out bread board. Grandma would share her wisdom, teach me to write my own name and feed me sweets. It is a memory that I have cherished for 50 years.

Mark and Luiza Nelsen, chocolatiers and owners of Perfection Chocolates, a wholesale company, create the most heavenly chocolates with the right amount of ingredients, including love. Hidden away in the Edgewood area, these chocolates have found their way into some of the largest corporations in the state and in the country.
